Reported/Observed Symptom:
Ideal Logic Boiler Service in Market Rasen LN8: Customer has not noticed any issues. Both heating and hot water are functional.

Customer has just moved into the property and wants the boiler checking / servicing.

Fault Code: None

Diagnosis/Notes:
Boiler working fine. As the customer has just purchased the property and we do not know the boilers history, we having planned to change the burner gasket.
Opened the boiler case and discovered a cracked flue manifold. Also a screw is missing from the inspection hatch.
White staining on black plastic is dried condensate water. The condensate water is "blown" through a small crack by exhaust gases.
Because the Ideal Logic is a negative case pressure boiler, this installation will be classified as "At Risk".
The flue manifold and inspection hatch screw will require replacement.
All other boiler checks were fine.
Flue Gas Analysis: Passed.
Boiler Safety Devices: Passed
Gas Installation Tightness Test: Passed
Flue: Sand and Cement Sealed
CO & Smoke Alarms: Passed

Because the flue manifold is part of the boilers flue system, which carries the "products of combustion", it requires replacement. Sourced and installed the replacement part same day.
