The Installation Process
A reliable boiler is only as good as the system it is connected to. A straight “swap” without addressing the wider system often leads to premature failure. Every installation we complete includes:
- System Flushing: Removing existing black iron oxide sludge and debris from your radiators and pipework before the new boiler is fired, preventing the new heat exchanger from immediately clogging.
- Magnetic System Filters: Fitting an in-line magnetic filter to capture future debris, protecting the boiler’s internal components and validating the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Smart Controls: Upgrading your thermostat to ensure the new appliance meets current Boiler Plus building regulations for energy efficiency.
- Gas Pipework Upgrades: Ensuring the existing gas supply pipe is correctly sized to handle the required flow rate of modern, high-output appliances.
Gas Safe Compliance & Registration
As independent Gas Safe registered engineers, we handle the entire compliance process. Once the system is commissioned, balanced, and the working pressures are tested, we register the installation directly with Gas Safe and the local authority. You will be provided with the official Building Regulations Compliance Certificate and the completed manufacturer warranty paperwork.

There is no single "best" brand, but we highly recommend Worcester, Vaillant, Baxi, Main and Ideal for their reliability and excellent UK-based parts availability. We will recommend a brand based on your budget and usage.
Do I need to flush my radiators when getting a new boiler?
Yes, we strongly recommend a Magnacleanse or Chemical Flush. Installing a new boiler onto a dirty system can void your manufacturer's warranty and lead to blockages within weeks of installation.
Is iWarm Gas Safe registered?
Absolutely. Our Gas Safe registration number is 932713. You should never allow anyone who isn't on the Gas Safe Register to work on gas appliances in your home.
Do you offer warranties on new boiler installs?
Yes, depending on the manufacturer and model chosen, we can offer warranties ranging from 5 to 12 years, giving you total peace of mind for the decade ahead.
How much does a brand new fully installed boiler cost?
There is a vast difference in wholesale boiler prices. Some boiler utilise aluminium heat exchangers, whilst others use copper. Certain boilers come with 10 years warranties, whilst some only have 3 year warranties. Whilst it's impossible to give a definitive price on every make and model, currently the cheapest boiler we're installing for customers in North East Lincolnshire is £1695.
