Diagnosis/Notes:
Worcester Greenstar 28i Junior Boiler Repair: Boiler immediately locking out during startup. Fast flash blue light - typically associated with the fan. 230V available at the fan.
During testing the boiler, could see the fan spin and then immediately stop. Could also hear the noise was coming from the fan. Diagnosed fan bearing had failed.
The boiler appears to be in good condition.
